RAM’s plastic extrusion manufacturing facility comprises of over 10,000 sq.ft. and includes 10 single screw extrusion lines with the capability of extruding flexibles, rigids, co-extruded and blown extrusions.
RAM’s products are used in a variety of industries including building and construction, caravans, partitioning, furniture, flooring, packaging, shop fitting, modular buildings, gardening and fencing, shuttering, door and window sealing, acoustics and intumescent products to name but a few.
RAM manufacture a vast variety of profile shapes and sizes from many different plastics and specialises in several areas including blown materials and products with foiled and veneered finishes. RAM offers a full colour matching facility on all rigid and flexible profiles and has the technology to produce inline finishes to a photographic replication standard. It also offers additional inline facilities such as punching, angular cutting, profile wrapping, hot stamp foiling, real wood veneering and can provide extrusions from a few millimetres to coils of thousands of metres.
